XPO TeamsAs an XPO Team, you'll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you'll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you'll never have to wait at a customer site.A typical work week will consist of 4-5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.Earn $0.974 per mileXPO's over-the-road operation is designed exclusively for team drivers with a CDL-A.
