This is a full-time, hospital-based practice role with a consistent outpatient-focused schedule and integrated inpatient support when needed. This role offers structured clinic hours, a collaborative care environment, and a long-term, stable assignment for continuity of care.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to established and new patients.Manage a full-time clinic schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (includes 12 1 PM lunch, pre-charting, and documentation time)Oversee patient treatment plans and ongoing oncology care.Supervise and collaborate with APPs (NPs/PAs), nursing staff, and infusion teams and provide clinical guidance to APPs and nursing staff regarding treatment parametersRespond to treatment reactions in the infusion suite and manage urgent clinical needs until rapid response arrivesReview and sign chemotherapy orders; collaborate with nursing for administrationField patient questions and clinical triage during clinic hoursParticipate in a hospital-based oncology practice requiring full hospital privilegesMaintain documentation in Epic EMR
