Greenhouse ATS Consultant

A company is looking for a Greenhouse ATS Techno-Functional Consultant. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of Greenhouse ATS modules and workflows Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations Design and implement integrations between Greenhouse ATS and various HR systems and job boards Required Qualifications Strong experience with Greenhouse ATS platform, including implementation and administration Experience configuring Greenhouse recruiting modules and workflows Hands-on experience designing API integrations with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle HCM Solid understanding of recruiting operations and candidate lifecycle management Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
