Warehouse Facilities Director

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing facilities, particularly in warehouse/industrial settings, with climate-controlled environments. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in workplace safety are essential. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance of mechanical equipment, fire suppression, HVAC, electrical systems, and security systems, along with office and dock equipment. The role involves project management, coordinating facility renovations, responding to emergencies, managing access control and security systems, and monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS). Additionally, the candidate will supervise utility service providers, maintenance contractors, conduct fire safety drills, and handle procurement for facility services and materials.
