Pre-Construction Manager

About the RoleWe're hiring a Pre-Construction Manager to support new builds, renovations, and expansions of industrial fulfillment and distribution facilities across the U.S. This role leads pre-construction planning and coordination to ensure projects are set up for on-time, on-budget delivery. To be considered, you must have 7+ years of experience in construction or pre-construction managementWhat You'll DoLead pre-construction efforts for multiple industrial projects (new builds, retrofits, expansions)Coordinate architectural and engineering designs, site plans, and permit submittalsDevelop initial construction schedules, phasing plans, and cost estimatesManage due diligence activities, including utilities and site coordinationPrepare complete documentation for construction handoff (Procore or similar)Track progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders and leadershipWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field7+ years of experience in construction or pre-construction managementStrong project management experience from design through handoffExperience with contract negotiation and stakeholder coordinationFamiliarity with AutoCAD, BIM tools, and scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)Nice to HaveExperience with industrial, warehouse, or fulfillment center projectsPMP or similar project management certificationExperience with site work or parking lot projectsWork EnvironmentFully remote with up to 20% travel for site visitsFast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projectsJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
