Principal Test Engineer Assoc Full‑time, Hanscom Air Force – MA, USA (Primary location) Education: Bachelor's Level Degree Job Description Quantech has an immediate opening for a Test Manager supporting the C3I & N Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role involves providing validation & verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program's integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices. Responsibilities Provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance. Provide test planning support services for C3I & N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I & N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures. Prepare test plans and procedures. Prepare TEMPs. Prepare and review test analyses. Prepare T&E segments of Acquisition Documentation. Monitor test events. Support certification test activities, such as JITC. Support training required to execute test activities. Review and analyze engineering test documentation, analysis reports, and trade‑off studies. Support data collection of test data during development and operational test events. Support FCAs/PCAs. Qualifications SECRET clearance required. Ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to assigned tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with supported customers. Experience with SharePoint, managing, uploading and editing program data and files. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. MA/MS with 12 years of experience in the respective discipline, of which 5 years must be in the DoD; or BA/BS with 15 years of experience and 5 in DoD.
