This role involves direct interaction with individuals facing various mental health challenges and will provide outpatient counseling services to adults.Hightop Health PERKS:Competitive CompensationPart Time to start with the potential to grow into full time, if desiredEnjoy Work/Life BalanceFlexibility and Autonomy in your scheduleIn-house learning opportunitiesConnect with patients through face to face appointments (flexibility for limited hybrid)Responsibilities:Conduct weekly individual psychotherapy sessions with patients on caseload, appropriately and timely documenting the sessionsDevelop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans. regularly assess and document patient progress toward their goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and enhanced overall well-being.Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to individuals, incorporating variousdirective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other eclectic therapeutic approaches.Experience with or willing to learn Ketamine assisted psychotherapyCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals- including psychiatrists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services in the electronic health record in accordance with regulatory standards.Operate within the core values of respect and care for others.Other duties as assigned.Ideal Candidate:Required: Masters or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent and full licensure as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Bi-lingual preferredStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, emphasizing program specific assessment, risk assessment, and outcome measures.Expert clinical engagement skills with patients and supportsCommitment to maintain ethical standards and confidentialityProficiency in delivering evidence-based therapy modalitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamAbout Hightop Health:Hightop Health is the premier outpatient mental health group committed to setting the standard for what better mental health care looks like.
