Role Description This is a part-time, 10-12 hours a week, remote, Office Manager role. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative tasks, managing outside contractors, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting team members with organizational needs. The role also involves maintaining communication flow within the team and with external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and external partnersProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee and manage day-to-day office operationsHands-on experience in managing Office Equipment and suppliesExcellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure positive interactionsOrganizational and multitasking abilities to manage workflows and prioritize tasksFamiliarity with standard office software and toolsPrevious experience in an office management role is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
