A company is looking for a Learner Experience Manager to support and enhance the learner experience in educational programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee the learner experience for multiple cohorts, ensuring high satisfaction and graduation rates Act as a consultant for instructional teams, addressing course-related needs and managing team communications Analyze feedback and manage student engagement to drive continuous improvement and career readiness Required Qualifications Post-secondary education in a tech or education field 1+ years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or academic operations Experience in a growth environment with strong project management skills Proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction 1+ year experience in a technical role is preferred
