With offices across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific, the practice provides integrated, cross-border advice that most domestic firms cannot match.Practice OverviewThe team advises on a wide range of matters, including:Estate planning, wills, and successionWealth structuring, tax and estate planningFamily and business governanceTrusts, foundations, and private trust companiesProbate, estate administration, and trust managementPlanning for vulnerable persons and mental capacity issuesClients include senior executives, entrepreneurs, multi-generational families, family offices, and some of the world's wealthiest individuals.
