Property Guest & Owner Services Specialist

For over 30 years, Sweetgrass Properties has been a trusted leader in vacation rental management along the South Carolina coast. We are currently seeking two highly motivated Property Guest & Owner Services Specialists to join our Kiawah Island team.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, maintaining beautiful homes, and delivering exceptional service to both guests and homeowners.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure an outstanding vacation experience.Serve as a primary point of contact for guest questions, concerns, and service requests.Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication and exceptional service.Conduct routine property inspections to ensure homes meet company standards.Coordinate minor repairs, maintenance, and preventative upkeep.Work closely with vendors and contractors when larger repairs or projects are required.Ensure all properties are guest-ready and owner-approved prior to arrivals.Identify opportunities to improve property condition, guest satisfaction, and owner confidence.Assist with property care, quality control, and operational support as needed.QualificationsExceptional customer service and communication skills.Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.Comfortable interacting with both guests and homeowners.Basic knowledge of construction, property maintenance, home systems, or repairs preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, real estate, construction, or customer service is preferred.Sales or relationship-management experience is a plus.Residence near Kiawah Island, Johns Island, or the surrounding area is preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid holidays.One week of paid vacation after your first year.Opportunities for growth within an established and respected company.LocationImmediate full-time openings available on Kiawah Island, South Carolina.If you take pride in customer service, enjoy working with people, and have an interest in property care and vacation rentals, we would love to hear from you.
