Do you love the look of a clean space? We're looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You'll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. Responsibilities: • Make sure vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash are completed daily • Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained • Remove dangerous hazards and clean up spills with squeegees or sponges • Replace light bulbs, clean windows, shampoo carpets, and supply restrooms on a regular basis as scheduled • Lock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finished Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification • Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic • Must have a U.S. driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite • Familiarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment • Excellent stamina and physical health Compensation: $18 hourly
