DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven District Manager to lead, coach, and inspire multiple locations within an assigned district. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, talent development, and financial performance while ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven track record of managing multi-site operations and building high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Store/Location Managers across the district to achieve operational, sales, and profitability goalsDrive district performance through data analysis, KPI tracking, and action planningRecruit, develop, and retain top talent; coach managers on leadership and performance managementEnsure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and brand standardsPartner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Training, Operations) to support business objectivesConduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviewsManage labor, budgets, and expense control to maximize profitabilityFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of multi-unit management experience (retail, hospitality, service, or related industry)Proven success in driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team performanceStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisionsWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned districtProficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools
