Mail Room ClerkLaSalle Network has partnered with a client who is seeking Mail Room Clerks to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Title Specialists and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You'll be responsible for filing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with general administrative tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a direct hire opportunity with training and growth potential within a supportive and encouraging workplace.Mail Room Clerk Responsibilities:File and organize documents to support title processing activitiesPerform general administrative work including data entry and office support tasksHandle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and assisting with document shipmentsAssist with scanning, copying, and maintaining accurate recordsProvide day-to-day support to Title Specialists and assist with departmental needsMaintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume office environmentMail Room Clerk Requirements:Previous office, administrative, or mail room experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office programsStrong communication skills and willingness to support a collaborative teamHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredKey Details:Compensation: $16/hourBenefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
