The Driver Manager/Load Planner will be responsible for overseeing daily driver operations, planning driver schedules and routes, and efficiently managing loads for timely deliveries. Core duties include coordinating logistics, maintaining communication with drivers, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing customer needs, and optimizing operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong analytical and planning skills to ensure efficient load and route managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers and customersCustomer service expertise to address customer concerns and maintain satisfactionUnderstanding of supply chain management principles and logistics operationsProficiency with relevant logistics and transportation software toolsDetail-oriented approach and ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environmentsExperience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredAI tools knowledge is preffered
