As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive our business. Develop, maintain, and test robust and scalable backend microservice applications and front-end micro UI while ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Architectural Design: Contribute to the architectural decisions of our software solutions, considering scalability, security, and maintainability.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights. Peer review code of other developers on the agile team.Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and contributing to a collaborative team culture.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.Requirements:Excellent communication and collaboration skills7+ years experience with Java or Golang7+ years working in an agile environment5+ years experience with database design and performance tuning5+ years of experience with Google Cloud or another cloud platform3+ years working as a full stack engineer2+ years leveraging AI centric software development tools, frameworks and processes (cursor/claude/copilot)Knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practicesNice to Have:3+ years of experience with React3+ years of experience leading a teamCompensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive salary for this fully remote position, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary range for this role is USD180 to USD230,000*.Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include incentive pay, equity, or benefits.
