This is a full-time, on-site 1099 contractor opportunity. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for generating and managing your own book of business, with the support of our team and resources, helping small businesses access the capital they need to grow.What You'll Be DoingProactively generate new business opportunities through outbound outreachCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert inbound leads into clientsDevelop a thorough understanding of our financial products and their applications across various industries and business structuresManage and nurture your client relationships on an ongoing basisWhat You BringExperience in inside sales, lead generation, or business developmentStrong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skillsAbility to independently build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of commercial finance and lending products (a plus)Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required)This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Compensation is commission-based. You will not be classified as an employee and will be responsible for managing your own taxes and business expenses*Earning potential includes performance-based incentives.
