Asbestos Project Manager & EstimatorConfidential Opportunity | Regional Projects | Growth-Focused RoleA growing and well-established environmental and specialty construction organization is seeking an experienced Asbestos Project Manager & Estimator to join its team.This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of projectsfrom preconstruction through closeoutwhile contributing to estimating and operational success. The ideal candidate brings both field leadership experience and strong estimating capabilities within asbestos abatement or related services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage asbestos abatement, demolition support, and environmental remediation projects from kickoff through completionReview project scopes, specifications, drawings, contracts, and environmental reportsCoordinate field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and documentationTrack production, job costs, billing progress, and change ordersEnsure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirementsSupport estimating and preconstruction efforts, including takeoffs, pricing, and proposal developmentConduct site visits to monitor progress, verify conditions, and support field executionMaintain strong communication with clients, inspectors, and internal teamsDrive projects to completion safely, on schedule, and within budgetRequired QualificationsExperience managing asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, demolition, or specialty construction projectsExperience with estimating, takeoffs, bid review, or scope developmentStrong understanding of asbestos compliance and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.)Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and environmental reportsProven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets simultaneouslyStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travel as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with AHERA projects and work in occupied or phased environmentsFamiliarity with asbestos documentation, notifications, and regulatory coordinationExperience working alongside industrial hygiene and air monitoring professionalsRelevant asbestos certifications or ability to obtainOSHA 30 and/or 40-hour HAZWOPERBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWork EnvironmentCombination of office and active jobsite workAbility to navigate construction environments and controlled work areasUse of PPE and respiratory protection when requiredOccasional lifting and schedule flexibility based on project demandsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package with performance incentivesVehicle/travel supportComprehensive benefitsLong-term growth and advancement opportunities
