Join Our Team!We are seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator or crosstrained Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. This dual-role position combines front office responsibilities with chairside assisting, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys both patient interaction and clinical support.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable multitasking while helping create an outstanding patient experience.ResponsibilitiesFront Office DutiesGreet and check patients in/out while creating a welcoming experienceSchedule appointments and manage daily hygiene and treatment schedulesVerify insurance eligibility and benefitsSubmit insurance claims and assist with billing follow-upAnswer phones, respond to patient questions, and coordinate treatment schedulingMaintain accurate patient records using dental software, including Open DentalPresent treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements when neededClinical Dental Assistant DutiesAssist the doctor chairside using four-handed dentistry techniquesPrepare and disinfect treatment rooms following infection control and sterilization protocolsTake digital dental X-rays and maintain accurate documentationSterilize instruments and maintain operatory organizationAssist during restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, oral surgery, and general dental proceduresSupport digital workflows including scanners, digital radiography, and modern dental technologyEducate patients by explaining procedures and post-operative instructionsAdditional ResponsibilitiesMaintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standardsMonitor inventory and maintain organized supplies when neededHelp support a positive, team-oriented office cultureCross-train and assist team members to maintain smooth office flowQualificationsPrior dental office experience requiredExperience with Open Dental preferredKnowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control standardsAbility to take dental X-rays (X-ray certification preferred or required per state regulations)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesPositive attitude and strong work ethicBilingual English/Spanish is a plusWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is:Friendly and professional with patientsDependable, punctual, and detail-orientedComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced dental environmentA team player willing to help wherever neededMotivated to grow professionally and contribute to a positive office cultureWhy Join Us?Friendly, supportive team environmentOpportunity for growth and developmentModern technology and digital systemsMeaningful work helping improve patients’ oral health and confidence
