The Licensed Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties by providing exceptional customer service and expert advice. Responsibilities include conducting market research, guiding clients through real estate transactions, negotiating offers, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market.QualificationsMUST BR CURRENTLY LICENSED . Done at least 3-5 deals in the past yearActive Real Estate License required to practice as a licensed agentProficiency in Real Estate transactions, including buying, selling, and managing Real PropertyStrong Sales skills and the ability to identify and foster client relationshipsExcellent Customer Service and communication skills to ensure client satisfactionKnowledge of the Chicago, IL real estate market and local regulations is a plusSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a dynamic environment
