Field Service Representative FSR

ATSC Field Service Representative (FSR)Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with C-UAS systems or similar Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) FSR roles that can support ATSC programs in multiple roles while being trained to assume a greater role within ATSC programs. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Technical Writer and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.Essential Responsibilities:Develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals. Receive training as a Field Service Representative (FSR).Receive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics etc.Work directly with C-UAS engineers to support the development, testing and demonstration of C-UAS systems.Work directly with the Production team in assembling C-UAS systems.Work directly with Program Management providing assistance where needed.Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; as it pertains to the military field environmentBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationIdentify and qualify new and emerging opportunitiesAttend regular status meetings as directed to effectively communicate relevant project informationResolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashionCommunicate difficult/sensitive information tactfullyRequired Qualifications:Associate degree in an applicable field of study2 yrs Military experience with a C-UAS program as either an Operator/FSR or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred) may be used in lieu of degree.Experience within the DOD programsProficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and WordSelf-motivated individual who can work independently or as a teamConfidentiality and company loyalty are a mustAble to interface with VIP's, personnel, international executives, and othersAble to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skillsGood writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance, Secret Clearance preferredMust be willing to travel and work overseas.
