It's time for you to love what you do!As a Valet, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional client experience by providing efficient and professional parking services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival. Your role is to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere while maintaining a high standard of service.As a Valet with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:Greet clients and escort them to the appropriate associates for assistancePark cars in designated areas and retrieve cars as needed, observing safety guidelines at all timesMaintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operationAlert Manager to any damage to clients' or Company vehiclesMaintain cleanliness of service drive and parking areas, and make sure they are clear of debrisDrive clients to requested destinations as neededHelp with car wash as neededMaintain vehicle keys according to departmental safeguard proceduresActively promote effective working relationships with associates and departments in the dealershipFollow dealership procedures to ensure excellent client satisfactionReadily assist other associates to ensure the full functioning of the dealershipOther job duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to operate motor vehicles, have a clean driving record and a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenAbility to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods of timeThis job requires people skills and a genuine desire to serve the clientA positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position
