Key ResponsibilitiesLead lean transformation and operational excellence initiatives across cell therapy logistics operations Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance process efficiency Support digital enablement and develop scalable operating models across the networkRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 7+ years of experience in operational excellence, lean transformation, logistics, supply chain, or process improvement Strong background in improving logistics operations in complex business environments Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, cell therapy, or regulated industries preferred Demonstrated experience with digital process improvement and scalable operating model development
