Mechanical Project Manager

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established mechanical subcontractor based in Tamarac, FL to assist in hiring an experienced Mechanical Project Manager! This Project Manager will be a crucial addition to the team as they help lead large-scale mechanical projects. Prior experience as a Project Manager at a mechanical subcontractor is required. Experience on large-scale mechanical projects required (hospitals preferred).If interested, please email CieraMayes@realrepp.com.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, plan, schedule & execute all projects as assignedUnderstand contracts, prepare estimates, change orders, etc.Coach & mentor employeesCommunicate effectively with customersCoordinate manpower with Field Ops team & subcontractorsEnsure projects stay on schedule & within budgetAssure compliance with procedures & rules set by leadership teamQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)5+ years project management experience requiredExperience with mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, sheet metalExperience working on hospital projectsEffective communication & leadership skillsExperience leading multiple projects at one timeExperience on projects $1M+Ability to drive to job sites as requiredCompensation PackageSalary $110-120k+ base (range based on experience)$750 / month classification allowanceMedical, Dental, Vision401k grantLife insurancePTOPaid holidaysJob TypeFull-time in office with some travel required (to local job sites)We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
