As an equal-opportunity workplace and affirmative-action employer, we celebrate and support a diverse workplace for the benefit of all: our employees, customers and communities.ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for processing various transactions for retirement plans, including trading responsibilities.Essential Duties:Create and review various retirement plan transactions in the OMNI recordkeeping systemTroubleshoot transaction rejectsReview trial postings of transactions prepared by other OMNI processorsRotate through various responsibilities in the OMNI Processing Unit (contributions, enrollments, distributions/loans, dividend posting, trust accounting)Nightly TradingEnsure timely processing of transactionsCompletion of ASPPA's Retirement Plan Fundamentals courses (RPR)Assist with various operational projects as deemed necessary by supervisor/managerMaintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely mannerAncillary Duties: As an integral member of the organization, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the Company in achieving their goals.QualificationsTwo year degree in Accounting or related field requiredMinimum of 1 year Accounting, Payroll, or applicable office experienceAbility to be highly organized and show an attention to detailWell-developed written and oral communication skillsAbility to prioritize work assignments and multitaskDisplay an intermediate level competency with Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as personal computer skillsAll applicants must be 18 years of age or olderOther Job InformationHours: Fill In hours/weekCompensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
