Tracks all metrics and contacts.Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports by compiling data.Reviews quarterly benchmarking of all goals with the Manager of Donor Services.Maintains database by entering, verifying, and updating community partners information.Manages department invoices, creates expense reports and other accounting documents.Cultivates partnerships in the community for GCNA Donation Drives, with a focus on corporations, schools, youth groups, faith communities, neighborhood associations and sports teams.Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and participating at Donation Drives events in order to promote GCNA programs throughout the community.Works closely with GCNA's Transportation department on scheduling resources for Donation Drives. Works closely with Retail to acquire additional team members to attend donation drive events (as needed).Works closely with GCNA's Marketing department to develop and continually improve Donation Drives collateral.
