This role manages program scope, resources, budgets, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication across the full program lifecycle. Manage programs through all lifecycle phases including initiation, requirements, specifications, design, construction, testing, operational readiness, training, implementation, and closure. Identify, monitor, and communicate interdependencies across program workstreams. Support program budget management including actuals reporting, forecasting, and variance management. Validate test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements. Partner to develop new standards and improve existing standards. Maintain the acquisition playbook. Set project timelines and drive participants to meet respective deadlines. Monitor project deliverables for completeness and accuracy. Identify, manage, and escalate project issues and risks. Provide project progress updates to relevant stakeholders and team members. Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks. Lead program or project staff to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with standards or specifications. Evaluate program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data against key performance metrics. Ensure activities comply with organizational policies and relevant external regulations. Provide reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Articulate problems and potential solutions effectively to executive leaders and project team members. Determine reasonable project deliverable dates and drive project resources toward those dates.Job-related Experience Experience in program management, project management, position-specific program delivery, customer-facing project management, leadership, mentorship, business process improvement, IT strategy, business transformation, project portfolio management, budget management, stakeholder communication, risk management, project lifecycle management, performance metrics, and managing multiple projects, project managers, and coordinators is required.Led end-to-end ERP implementation programs, managing business requirements, functional specifications, solution design, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization across complex enterprise environments.Directed large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation initiatives, overseeing solution architecture, integrations, stakeholder alignment, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of business-critical programsFlsaExemptEEO StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
