Customer Service Representative

We are looking for dependable Customer Service Representatives to support a manufacturing organization in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping customers, managing order-related inquiries, and delivering responsive service in a fast-paced environment. The role is primarily remote, with onsite training during the first 2–4 weeks and a required in-office schedule each Thursday after training is completed. Candidates should be prepared to start quickly and work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.Responsibilities:• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to questions with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-focused approach.• Enter and update customer orders in internal systems while maintaining careful attention to detail.• Assist customers with order status requests, product-related questions, and general account support.• Make outbound calls as needed to clarify order information, confirm details, or provide follow-up updates.• Complete onsite training during the first 2–4 weeks to learn company procedures, systems, and service expectations.• Report to the West Middlesex, Pennsylvania office each Thursday after training, while working remotely on other designated days.• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely, effective communication.• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and support activities to promote accurate service documentation.• Previous experience in customer service is required, preferably in a call center or high-volume support setting.• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone communication with confidence and professionalism.• Experience with order entry and updating customer information in business systems.• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear, courteous support.• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while meeting attendance and performance expectations.• Availability to attend onsite training for the first 2–4 weeks and work onsite every Thursday thereafter.• Able to begin work immediately and maintain a Monday through Friday schedule.TalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
