These initiatives are designed to support high-performance computing, advanced analytics, and real-world AI applications.The organization offers a fast-paced, high-performance environment that values operational excellence, disciplined execution, and the ability to scale complex infrastructure in support of long-term growth.Due to the nature of this project, additional details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.Position OverviewThe Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for driving day-to-day construction execution across a large-scale, mission-critical data center project.Reporting to the Senior Project Executive, this individual will direct field operations, coordinate subcontractor activities, and maintain accountability across safety, schedule, quality, and production objectives.This is a hands-on field leadership role requiring strong site judgment, crew-level coordination, and the discipline to execute in a fast-moving, high-visibility build environment.Key ResponsibilitiesField Execution & Site LeadershipDirect daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeoutDrive production targets and hold field teams accountable to schedule and quality standardsMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site at all timesServe as the primary point of contact for all site-level activities and decisionsSubcontractor CoordinationSupervise and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trade partners in the fieldEnsure adherence to contract scope, safety requirements, quality standards, and schedule commitmentsIdentify and resolve field conflicts proactively to maintain project momentumPlanning & SequencingExecute construction sequencing, work packages, and look-ahead schedules in alignment with the overall project planCoordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower to support uninterrupted productionIdentify field-level risks early and escalate or resolve as appropriateReporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate daily field reports, manpower logs, and site documentationProvide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and senior leadershipSupport RFI and submittal processes in coordination with the project teamQualificationsRequired10+ years of construction field experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Superintendent roleDemonstrated experience on large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projectsStrong ability to manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneouslyProven track record of safe project execution and quality field outcomesOSHA 30 certification requiredPreferredExperience on data center, mission-critical, or advanced technology facility constructionFamiliarity with advanced work packaging (AWP) or similar construction methodologiesBackground in hyperscale, campus-style, or multi-phase build environmentsExperience with modular or prefabricated construction componentsLocation & StructureOn-site role, Central Texas (specific location disclosed to qualified candidates)Contract engagement with potential for long-term conversionCompetitive per diem and travel package availableWhy This OpportunityLead field execution on one of the most high-profile AI infrastructure builds in the countryHigh-impact, visible role with direct influence on project deliveryWork alongside experienced construction and technology professionalsStrong potential for extended engagement as the program scalesAbout AugmentisAugmentis is a specialized talent solutions firm focused on delivering high-impact professionals across Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations.We partner with organizations operating in complex, high-growth environments—supporting critical hiring initiatives with speed, precision, and a consultative approach.
