Access Control Flex OfficerProsegur Security is looking for Access Control Flex Officers in West Palm Beach, Area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This critical position safeguards our clients and what they value the most.Shift Includes:All Shifts - P/T - F/TMust be flexible to work different shifts24-40 hours per weekLocation: West Palm BeachThe starting pay rate is $17.50/HourlyDuties and responsibilities included but not limited to:Greeting, checking in, and directing visitorsEnforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the propertyMonitoring operational proceduresMaintaining constant surveillance of assigned areasProviding customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guestsWriting accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazardsMonitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the propertyMake sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational.Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful actsSubmit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrencesQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentMust have a valid Security Guard LicenseMust have a valid Driver LicenseMust have 2 year of experience as a Security OfficerMust have 2 year of experience in Customer ServiceMust have reliable transportationMust have good communications skillsMust be flexible to work different shiftsAbility to stand or walk for long periodsMust be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periodsMust be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behaviorCertification RequirementsUnarmed Security LicenseD- LicenseEducation RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid Holidays401K/403b PlanShort Term DisabilityDental InsurancePaid VacationLong Term DisabilityVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceWeekly PayThe following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Day shiftNight shiftThird shiftWeekend shift
