Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. The idealcandidate should have a foundational understanding of VMware, Windows, Linux, andstorage solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining ourinfrastructure, managing storage and backups, and ensuring our systems are runningefficiently. This position offers hands-on experience with various technologies andopportunities for growth.Key Responsibilities: Monitor VMware infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and security. Perform server and storage updates and upgrades as needed. Manage the Cohesity backup system and perform routine backup and recovery processes. Work with Client Synergy for server management and provisioning. Assist with managing infrastructure platforms, including databases, MicrosoftEnterprise Configuration Manager, and Intune. Handle incidents and request tickets in ServiceNow. Requirements: VMware Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of VMware environments, includingmonitoring, maintenance, and performing updates and upgrades. Windows Server Administration: Experience with deploying, configuring, andmaintaining Windows Server environments. Print Server administration: Experience with MFD fleet maintenance. Cohesity administration: Experience with Cohesity appliances and administration. EMC Storage Solutions: Familiarity with EMC storage management, including allocationand maintenance. Client Synergy: Experience working with Client Synergy for server management. Infrastructure Platforms (bonus): Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune. Microsoft 365 Administration: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, IntuneSkills: Strong preference for experience with PowerShell to automate tasks and manageinfrastructure environments. Understanding security requirements in a multi-compliance framework environment. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across teams on critical issues. Day-to-Day responsibilities: User Support: Respond to customer request and incident tickets. Infrastructure Support: Respond to monitoring and alerts across the server and databackup systems. Print System Support: Configure and troubleshoot enterprise print system.
