The successful candidate will be tasked with providing strategic and operational leadership, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This executive role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction, a proven track record in leading large teams and multi-million dollar project portfolios, and a deep understanding of electrical contracting operations and project delivery.Key responsibilities for the Executive Vice President of Electrical include developing and executing strategic plans for market expansion, owning P&L performance, driving consistency and efficiency across all projects, and building and retaining high-performing leadership teams. The role also involves strengthening client relationships, representing the organization at the executive and industry level, and collaborating across divisions to align company-wide objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' experience in electrical construction, with a significant tenure in senior or executive leadership, and possess exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
