Reservation Specialist
Our client in Banner Elk NC is seeking a Reservation Specialist to join their team. As a reservation specialist, you will be part of the Property Management team. The ideal candidate will have good rapport, and provide excellent customer service which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Reservation Specialist
Location: Banner Elk, NC (On-Site)
Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.00 hour
What’s the Job?
Answering incoming phones and emails while assisting customers
Give satisfactory replies to customer inquiries and complaints
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance
Support guests in person, on the phone, and through messaging
Work independently after trained and must be self-directed
Helping manage the Lost & Found department with shipping lost items to guests
Helping oversee the Hospitality department in preparing guest gifts

Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stress
Excellent grammar skills in both speaking and writing
