Blueprint Utilization: Interpret and implement blueprints and site maps to ensure accurate system installations. Team Leadership: Manage small teams of 2-3 technicians, ensuring efficient and timely project completion. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently, maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the process.
