Group is flexible with possible 4-day work week as well. 2-year partnership track with outstanding income potentialInitial base salary range will be $450,000-$525,000 range plus full benefits and sign-on bonus.Call shared equally and program is setup where one doctor is on call, but PA/NPs are on the front-line doing admits. This program has significantly reduced the burden of call.EMR is Onco EMR (Oncology based EMR system)6 weeks of PTO plus 5K annually for CME. 100% of health insurance premium paid. Doctors all share some outreach work doing this 2-4 times per month.
