LLM LEAD

This position is a Remote position to work from on in LATAM working with US clients. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients.We offer:100% Remote PositionPaid National Holidays off$23 to $29 USD per hourTitle: Large Language Modeling LeadWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Large Language Models (LLM) projects. As the LLM Lead, you will drive next-gen product development for our clients, focusing on cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with a team of engineers across various skill sets, leading the technical roadmap and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a full-time role with candidates from India preferred.Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agents.Collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather project needs, and design AI/ML solutions that align with client goals. Drive the engineering team to meet technical requirements and timelines, while staying current with advancements in LLM technologies. Provide technical leadership to ensure best practices in AI/ML development, including the use of cloud services like Azure, GCP, or AWS. Facilitate effective communication with business subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and leadership skills within the team.Requirements: 7-10 years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models and systems. At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI technologies, particularly in prompt engineering, RAG, and related methods. Proven ability to drive engineering teams toward technical roadmaps and deliver successful AI/ML projects for clients. Strong programming skills in Python, Langchain, and SQL. Proficiency in working with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Experience leading projects and teams in client-facing roles is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in implementing LLMs in client projects, with success in prompt engineering and developing RAG-based systems. Familiarity with Langchain or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in AI/ML projects, including technical development and client communications.
