DAY TO DAY DUTIES:Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priorityMake Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancyPainting/Staining both interior and exterior applicationsMaintaining property groundsPreventative maintenanceMaintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areasAssist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team membersEXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:High school diploma or equivalentGeneral knowledge of HVAC preferred6+ months’ experience in maintenance or equivalentSome dry walling experience including painting and carpentryBasic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixturesHave good verbal and written communicationExperience with pools, CPO certification preferredBe able to provide great customer service to our residentsBe willing to go through basic training within 30/daysA physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview.Equal Opportunity Employer
