Key Responsibility:Lead manufacturing support for new product launches (NPDI)Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costParticipate in design reviews (DFM/DFA focus)Develop and maintain process documentation & work instructionsTroubleshoot production issues and provide technical supportImplement quality control and safety standardsTrain and guide production teamsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering in Chemical BackgroundBachelor’s in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial EngineeringStrong skills in:CADLean ManufacturingPFMEAERP systemsExperience in thermal systems or similar industries (preferred)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsSix Sigma / Lean CertificationExperience leading projects or teamsExposure to engineered-to-order environments
