They will have the responsibility to partner with business subject matter experts to clearly develop and communicate a strategic vision and product roadmap, as well as guide cross-functional teams to deliver product features by balancing business needs with business strategy, minimized defects, and technical debt.Required Qualifications:Ability to organize a team through Standard Work documentation.Demonstrates superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between business, product manager and development teamsWorks with cross-functional teams to solicit status of project activitiesOwns the project status of product updates in coordination with Product Line leaders and Product OwnersCollaborate with software engineering team(s) to understand technical solution in coordination with timelinesProvides feedback to team members in the spirit of continuous improvementFamiliarity with Lean. Assesses & prioritizes problems in relation to organizational goals.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
