Role Summary: As the VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's diverse hospitality portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, and foster a positive and engaging work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with the client's overall business objectives. Financial Management: Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop effective labor strategies to optimize profitability across all concepts. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of operations leaders to ensure consistent execution of standards and procedures. Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency by optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service by setting high standards and empowering employees to deliver memorable experiences. Concept Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and launch new restaurant concepts that align with market trends and consumer preferences. Crisis Management: Develop and implement effective crisis management plans to address operational challenges and ensure business continuity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in senior operations roles within the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on multi-unit restaurant operations. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements. Proven ability to develop and implement effective labor strategies.
