Senior Finance Associate

Company Overview:A leading global private investment firm with approximately $215 billion in assets under management is seeking a professional to join their General Partner Group. This role will focus on treasury, accounting, tax, and fair market value reporting for various GP entities across multiple investment sectors.Job Responsibilities:Manage operations and administrative activities of partnerships, including cash management, capital calls, cash distributions, and reconciliationsHandle carry, vesting, and profit/loss allocations to partners and members of the General Partner entitiesPrepare quarterly and annual financial reports, including supporting documentation for capital accounts and financial reconciliationsOversee quarterly tax estimates and annual tax returns for partnerships, including K-1 activityEnter cash, book, and tax journal entries into Investran or similar softwareAssist in generating responses to investor inquiries and requests for informationCollaborate with team members to drive initiatives, create efficiencies, and mentor junior team membersWork on projects with all levels from Associates to Partners to enhance team and firm productsQualifications:3+ years of accounting experience with investment companies or public accounting with audit or tax experienceBachelor's degree in accounting or financeAdvanced MS Office skills, particularly ExcelExperience with Investran or other fund accounting software preferredCPA and/or Master’s Degree preferred, but not requiredCompensation: Salary: $95,000 – $110,000, Plus BonusThe post Senior Finance Associate appeared first on Landing Point.
