If you take pride in producing high-quality repairs, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and want to be part of a family-owned company with a strong reputation for excellence, we encourage you to apply.As a key member of our collision repair team, you will help restore customer vehicles to like-new condition while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.$5,000 SIGNING BONUS!Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000+ per yearPay Frequency: Bi-weeklyResponsibilities Perform high-quality collision repairs on Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Ford, and other vehicle makes and models. Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage and develop repair plans in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Repair or replace damaged body panels, structural components, and related parts. Operate collision repair equipment, tools, and measuring systems safely and efficiently. Document repairs performed and materials used throughout the repair process. Communicate repair progress and status updates with the Body Shop Manager. Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of necessary parts and materials. Maintain productivity while meeting quality standards and repair deadlines. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous material handling and disposal requirements.Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Collision repair or vocational training preferred, but not required. Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures, tools, equipment, and materials. Ability to read and follow repair orders, estimates, and manufacturer repair procedures. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
