Position Overview We are seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Representatives to join our storm restoration team. This is a high-performance, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting in storm-affected neighborhoods Schedule and set qualified appointments for inspections Educate homeowners on the hail damage repair process Build trust with clients and support the closing process Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training Relocate to designated storm markets 2–3 times per year Compensation & Incentives $1000-$1500 commission per repair order* (average estimate) Weekly commission payouts Performance bonuses (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) Milestone rewards (including luxury Rolex ceremony for top performers) Projected Seasonal Earnings: $158,000+ based on team averages (top tier $250k+) Uncapped earning potential — your income is performance-driven.
