Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsSitecore XM Cloud (SaaS-based, headless CMS) – hands-on experience with cloud-native Sitecore architectureSitecore Headless SXA and Experience Edge for global content deliveryReact JS – advanced component design, hooks, and state management (Redux/Context)JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, responsive design principlesNext.js or similar SSR frameworks for headless Sitecore integrationRESTful APIs, GraphQL (preferred), JSON-based data exchangeGit, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD toolsUnit testing frameworks – Jest, React Testing LibraryWillingness to be flexible with work hours to extend support during weekend production calls (on need basis)Strong coding skills to clear coding challenge during the technical discussion Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, performant web applications using Sitecore XM Cloud and ReactBuild reusable components and integrate with Sitecore APIs and Experience EdgeCollaborate with UX, content authors, and backend teams to deliver seamless digital experiencesParticipate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiativesDocument technical solutions and mentor junior developersEnsure secure, accessible, and responsive design implementation across devicesComplete comprehensive unit testing and develop appropriate software documentationAbility to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Excellent and clear communication skills.Must have worked on Development and Support (L2 & L3) project with Onsite-Offshore modelAs Production support person should responsible monitor and trouble shoot all kinds of issue - meeting all the service agreement SLAs and KPIs
