Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross‑functional programs, drive execution excellence, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, stakeholder‑focused, and comfortable managing complex programs in fast‑paced enterprise environments. Knowledge of SAP systems is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end program delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependenciesDrive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreamsCollaborate with engineering, business, and operations teams to align goals and outcomesManage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and executive reviewsIdentify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage changesEnsure adherence to delivery best practices, governance, and quality standardsSupport process improvements to increase efficiency and predictabilityLeverage SAP knowledge (where applicable) to align program execution with enterprise systems and workflows.Required Technical & Professional SkillsProven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in IT or enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Experience coordinating large, cross‑functional teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesSAP knowledge or exposure is a plus (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, or related modules)Proficiency with project/program management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.)About BrickRed SystemsBrickRed Systems is a fast‑growing IT services and consulting company delivering high‑impact technology solutions for leading global enterprises.
