Team members have the chance to work on impactful projects while being supported by experienced leadership and a stable organization.Job DescriptionLead MEP coordination and commissioning efforts on a large data center projectOversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection scopes from design through closeoutManage MEP schedules, budgets, quality, and overall project performanceCoordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, owners, engineers, and trade partnersReview drawings and specifications for constructability and riskDrive resolution of complex MEP field and design issuesEnsure QA/QC standards, testing, inspections, and compliance requirements are metMonitor subcontractor performance, communication, and executionAnalyze project financials and support departmental goalsImprove processes, tools, and team performance through leadershipMentor and develop MEP team members while building a strong team cultureMaintain jobsite safety as the top priority throughout the project lifecycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
