Our Client Our client is building the first of its kind Web3 operating platform that is entirely smart contract based focusing on serving on-chain use cases. Their mission is to bridge the gap that would enable the next wave of enterprises, funds and institutions to operate on-chain in a safe, compliant and efficient way. Our client is looking for another senior software engineer to grow their growing team! In this role, you will: Work directly with the CEO and have visibility into all aspects of the company Engage directly with our customers to iterate and build a best-in-class user experience Have end-to-end ownership over our client's product and user experiences Work with a design team and lead the product design process Implement frontend elements from design mocks What we're seeking Don’t be discouraged from applying if you don’t meet every single one of the requirements below, as they’re meant to indicate the broad profile we’re looking for. Experience with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, React, GraphQL Product-driven mindset with deep empathy for our customers and strong intuition for end-user experience and business value Strong desire to work at a very early stage startup with interest to take on project from zero to one with collaboration with the rest of the core team Love working hard and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a delivery-minded mentality: innovate, iterate, and ship fast Intellectually honest and low ego. Thoughtfulness and enthusiasm in company, team, and culture building Prior crypto/web3 experience BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees Nice to have Technical leadership experience Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 base + equity
