A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist- Bilingual (Vietnamese). Key ResponsibilitiesLocate and contact donors using various data sources and investigative skills Educate and engage donors about the donation process, addressing misconceptions and barriers Coordinate donor health screenings and manage operational activities while maintaining confidentialityRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience Three plus years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills Advanced internet research skills, including familiarity with social media Ability to manage a high volume of challenging files and multitask in a fast-paced environment
