Associate Attorney

Our law firm helps injured people. We are a full-service firm that assists our clients from the date of injury through trial. We are growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in personal injury law. This position requires excellent research and negotiation skills, as well as familiarity with legal research tools. The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in providing legal counsel to clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Provide legal advice on matters related to personal injury law.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Assist with legal administrative tasks as needed to support the firm’s operations.
Compensation
Competitive base salary with generous commission opportunities.
Experience
2-4 years of experience handling injury cases is preferred.
