Job Description ImmerseForge powers live brand experiences through technology and talent. We're expanding our Bay Area presence and need a strong operations leader with deep, hands-on event experience. The RoleLead our Bay Area market operations - planning and executing live events, building relationships, coordinating talent, and ensuring flawless execution of brand activations across San Francisco, Oakland, and the greater Bay Area. This is a hands-on event management role - not a desk job. What You'll DoPlan and execute live events, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaignsManage all event logistics: venue coordination, vendor management, day-of executionHandle event budgets, timelines, and post-event reportingCoordinate AV, catering, staffing, and production vendorsBuild and manage a network of local brand ambassadors and event staffRecruit, train, and develop event talent for the Bay Area marketCultivate relationships with local venues, vendors, and brand contacts Requirements - MUST HAVE3-5+ years of hands-on event management experience (non-negotiable)Proven track record executing live events, brand activations, or experiential marketing campaignsExperience managing event vendors: AV, catering, staffing, productionStrong logistics and project management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesTech-savvy with event management and scheduling toolsBay Area venue knowledge and vendor connections a strong plus Compensation & Benefits$100,000 - $120,000 salaryHealth, dental, vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off$85/month cell phone reimbursementFlexible schedule with remote admin days Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (with weekend events as needed)
